ACCESS AND USE

The User also agrees to absolve the company, its agents and officers under it from any liability under the money laundering (prohibition) act, 2011 to such extent as it relates to the obtainment of funds under the category classified as “unlawful” under the Money Laundering (prohibition) Act, 2011.
The term “user” in this context includes but is not limited to subscribers to this website, independent contractors, realtors/agents and clients and other persons who deal directly or indirectly with Rorex Global Limited
FOREIGN EXCHANGE RISK
Where a Client contributes his ratio to banking on land in a currency other than the Naira, foreign exchange gain or loss and fluctuations in currency rates may have an impact on the Return On Investment (ROI) made on such contribution by the Client.
All Returns On Investment (ROI) on contribution shall be converted and returned in Naira based on the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) official exchange rate. The Client therefore enters into any transactions in currencies other than the Naira at their sole risk and shall bear all responsibilities for any gains or loss as a result.
Unexpected changes in currency exchange market conditions may have an impact on the extent of Return On Investment (ROI)the Client would be exposed to such as when there is an upward or downward movement in the relevant rates.
The Client understands and is able to assume the risk of loss associated and agrees to be liable for any resulting deficit this might have on contributions made or Return On Investment (ROI) earned.
The above provision shall without limitation apply to all persons that fall under the description-“users” above, in so far as they derive any Return On Investment (ROI) from the Land Investment services provided by Rorex Global Limited or its affiliates and partners.
PRIVACY
You confirm that you have read and understood the Company’s Privacy Policy which provides information on how we use and store the personal information that you provide to us and you further acknowledge that the Company may amend and update this policy from time to time.
INDEMNITY
Subject to the Terms of Insurance and any insurance claims settled, You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rorex Global Limited and all our other agents or sub-contractors, against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of ROI, loss of reputation and all interest penalties and legal and other reasonable professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred as a result of your fraudulent or illegal use of the Platform, the Services or the Website;
your negligence or any default by you of any of these Terms to which you are matched;
any inaccurate or incomplete information that you have knowingly provided to us;
your allowing any other person to access your account either with your permission or as a result of your failure to keep your username and password private;
any service that you have offered, whether with or without our permission, to another third party using our Platform, Services or Website;

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Must not breach this Agreement, any site policy or community guidelines, or any applicable law or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising)
Must not contain items that have been identified as hazardous to consumers
Must not be defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening, unlawfully harassing, impersonate or intimidate any person, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person, through for example, the use of similar email address, nicknames, or creation of false account(s) or any other method or device
Must not be obscene
Must not contain or transmit any code of a destructive nature that may damage, interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information
Must not modify, adapt or hack ZYLUS INVESTMENT LIMITED Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Rorex Global Limited Service;
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Rorex Global Limited, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of Return On Investment (ROI), data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
DISCLAIMER
Rorex Global Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Parties submit to Arbitration and waive any objections based upon venue.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
